Using Tcltest for Tk GUI Posted by Verona (Verona), 14 September 2007 Hello,I am new in Tcl/Tk and I am using tcltest for testing a GUI which is written by Iwidget library. I have read that tcltest allows GUI tests but I have problem with pressing any button on dialogshell like OK, Cancel. I use following code for it .pn invoke OK or .pn invoke 0. where .pn is the dialog box which contains OK and Cancel buttons. I have also used event generate $button_id <ButtonPress-1> event generate $button_id <ButtonRelease-1> But this does not effect anywhere. Please, help me to understand the problem. Thanks in advance, Verona. Posted by admin (Graham Ellis), 17 September 2007 Hi .... I've been watching to see if anyone else can chip in with an answer here, as the particular widget set is not one I've got much experience with, and not in association with tcltest for sure. However, looks like this is one of those posts that's so niche that you've not even found any suggestions yet.I'm not actually sure that you've posted enough code to help us resolve the issue, though - perhaps if you actually add some of the event handler code / widget definition, it may give me (or you) a further clue?
