Temporary toplevel without caption bar

May be anybody knows the answer. The question is:
how to create a temporary modal window without upper caption bar by Tk? I have looking in documentation about Toplevel widget but found nothing about it. The purpose of window is as a shield to display the Tk-application's loading process in dinamics.

Have a look at the wm command as it's the window manager that controls the "decoration"
