Thnx Posted by admin (Graham Ellis), 27 April 2004 Do you mean scan the source as it's stored on the server, or to scan the pages as they're viewed by a browser / crawler? If the latter, the data will just be HTML Posted by ^FiRE^ (^FiRE^), 27 April 2004 I mean the html source that will be generated byt the ASP code. What means the the page that will be viewed in the browser. But its not working form me to scan it. pls help if u can Thnx Posted by admin (Graham Ellis), 28 April 2004 The HTML generated by an ASP page should be just the same as a regular page of HTML - the differenece is in how it's created rather than the type of tages, etc, that it contains. I suspect that the program you have works specifically with a subset of HTML, or doesn't take into account certain things that can be included in an HTML page such as CSS or Javascript. We'll need a fuller descriprion and a few lines of sample code to help you further - "doesn't work" is really not enough of a clue, and without code showing the problem in - say - a maximum of 30 lines, it's impossible to offer more than general advise on a board such as this.
