(we have a file containing these type of data. we want to extract the data using perl script.the Raw data should be kept in form of tables )

If you can show me how you're looking to report the data you extract, and the program that you're having trouble with in order to do it, then I can have a look at the program and can help you.

Raw data should be extracted in a way that ,the data should be in a tabular form
ie  name
     XXX
We require the program to solve this.PLZ help us

OK .... I'm not sure that I understand, nor do I see the program that you're trying to sort out.   We're very much a technical support service here, and not a "please write my program for me" house.

I guess you assume everyone knows what the raw data is in the sample data you posted. Your assumption is wrong.
