For 2023 (and 2024 ...) - we are now fully retired from IT training.
We have made many, many friends over 25 years of teaching about Python, Tcl, Perl, PHP, Lua, Java, C and C++ - and MySQL, Linux and Solaris/SunOS too. Our training notes are now very much out of date, but due to upward compatability most of our examples remain operational and even relevant ad you are welcome to make us if them "as seen" and at your own risk.

Lisa and I (Graham) now live in what was our training centre in Melksham - happy to meet with former delegates here - but do check ahead before coming round. We are far from inactive - rather, enjoying the times that we are retired but still healthy enough in mind and body to be active!

I am also active in many other area and still look after a lot of web sites - you can find an index ((here))
tidy xslt

Hi,
has anyone ever done any cml/xslt coalescence through php?

I found this http://uk.php.net/xslt but it looks a little untidy/yuck

Does anyone have any thoughts on the best way to go about dynamically loading and xslt style sheet and coalescing with xml to render html?

Thanks

Oh heck - you come up with some really good ones!!

I've just used the XSLT that we have built in ... clean and works well currently on a 4.3.x release.   Will need to look further at exactly what / how / when to come up with a good answer.

In terms of "yucky" ... maybe.   It should (and the way we do it that I'll have to look back at and see if it's deprecated) by as easy as one or two calls.

Thanks Graham.  I'm interested to see what you have.

We should catch up sometime to show you what we have @ Blue Square these days in terms of PHP.  I think you might be pleased

Finally got rid of that nasty old Java thingy - we are pure PHP now.

Yes - really MUST catch up. Wanna come down for Geekmas on Saturday and/or Sunday?

I would love to drop by / catch up sometime.  Looks like my schedule has me based here (Melksham) until Christmas, then everywhere except your neck of the woods through the first couple of months of the new year!
