Kind regards, Martin Posted by admin (Graham Ellis), 19 April 2007 Matrin, thanks for you post. Occasionally, our regulars or people known to us post job adverts here - usually having sought prior permission. We do need to limit such posts, though, as we're a training company and it could be a conflict of interest for us to advertise new jobs to people sent on our courses by their current employer.I'm happy with occasional posts by established contacts asking for new members for their team. Where a "fly poster" who registers for the sole purpose of advertising seeks recruits via an agency, a warning bell rings. A second bell rings when readers are asked to provide details of their friends and contacts who might be interested, and a third warning comes when a tax free (how do you do that legally?) incentive is offered. For those reasons, I have taken your contact details out of your post; I'll restore them if and when you get back in touch and can clear the issues raised by the warning bells. Posted by admin (Graham Ellis), 22 April 2007 After an email conversation with Martin (thank you for getting back with me, Martin) we've concluded that it's something of a conflict of interests for Martin to be using us to advertise for staff for his customers, seeing as Well House Consultants who operate this board provide training for companies who really don't then want their staff poached by recruitment agencies. However, I know there's a number of contarctors who we've trained, who have paid for their own courses and in their case the conflict of interest does not apply. If you're one of those, and interested, let me know and I'll give you Martin's details. This page is a thread posted to the opentalk forum
