I am supposed to write a script that will export a comma delimated file into a quattro pro file with some programming parsing involved.

I can open an excel object, set dim e_object = ("Excel.Application") but have no luck with opening a quattro one.

I sure would like to get this to work.

any suggestions?

Vb script is a bit our of our line - we're open source folks so I can't offer you much of a helpful suggestion, I'm afraid.

thank you for the reply anyway -- I don't know that I will be able to find documentation for this. And since I have to charge an hourly rate, it might not be cost effective to persue...
