The

[imgr=mff10_2]Tapas[/img]You should go hungry to the food festival's last day fair, because it's packed with stands from local companies selling all sorts of products ... here, Spanish Tapas.
[imgr=mff10_3]Wine for sale[/img]It's the food and drink fair - so here are Red and White selling their wines. Not a bottle of Rose in site!
[imgr=mff10_4]Waitrose, Melksham[/img]Our largest two supermarkets - Waitrose and Sainsburys - each had a stall; Waitrose, who came to the town earlier this year, were the headline sponsor.
[imgr=mff10_5]Big and Small[/img]As well as the larger stores, lots of local shops were represented - and smaller sellers too who don't have their own shops.
[imgr=mff10_6]Chuffer[/img]For the children, a bouncy castle and chuffer the train. Due to a shortage of drivers, all hands (and feet) have been called in to help out. Long hours, poor pay - it's a dog's life!
[imgr=mff10_7]Melksham House Grounds[/img]The grounds of Melksham House make an idyllic setting for the food festival.
[imgr=mff10_8]Melksham House[/img] Melksham House to the left ... Kangeroo, Ostrich, Wild Boar and Zebra burgers to the right. Something of an error on my part to try one after the Thai Green Curry ... the mellow Ostrich meat should have been tasted first, I'm sure.
