Delegates of all shapes and sizes
It's not normal for me to talk about my course delegates ... and it's never done without permission. But I'm breaking from normality (but not going to NEVERland) today to introduce you to Gary. Gary checked in on Sunday. And went out for a run before the course on Monday; went out for another run yesterday evening. Eats carefully. Good to see someone who looks after himself. Gary was telling me that he's hoping to run the London Marathon next year, ballot for places allowing. And then I learned that Gary is only half the man he used to be. Literally.
