Moral dilemma
Should I arrive late and walk in during the chairman's introduction, or should I arrive on time? That's a question that I'm faced with this morning.
"Arrive on time" you'll say and - yes - I would love to. Except ... this is a meeting about public transport and the only way I could get to Taunton on time is to drive. I feel caught between a rock and a hard place; decision on a knife-edge but I'm going to go by car. I've NOT met the chairman before and don't want to be rude, and I don't want to miss much; if he were a long-standing contact, then a quick email and I would have been training ;-) (written 2006-03-04 07:05:19)
