|3848||Where do I find .... (Our hotel FAQ)|
In-room information is vital, and should be kept up to date. Which is sometimes rather easier said than done! We've been updating our folders. I'm sharing some of the text - our alphabetic listing - here to give you some idea of what we have available

|3600||Visa, MasterCard and American Express - changing payment profiles|
Well House Consultants opened for business in 1995. And in the early days, payment for courses was almost exclusively made by cheque. My goodness - how things have changed! We added Visa and MasterCard in December 2000, and in June 2008 (and, I will admit reluctantly) American Express.

In an ideal world, business at Well House Manor would be evenly spread through the day ... but it doesn't always work out that way. This morning, we were serving breakfast for two dozen in "The Wilts", for our hotel guests - NOT part of the two dozen - in "The Whitworth" - and we had a small group arriving ...
|1263||0800 043 8225 - a new phone number for Well House|
I don't enjoy leaving a message on an answerphone - the lack of feedback as I talk makes me nervous, and I'm never too sure that my message will have been received, so I often prefer to leave things and call back later, or try another supplier if this is my first contact. But with a separate headquarters ...
