If you're a regular reader, you'll have seen me advertising an opportunity to join our team
[here], and we also put the word around in more conventional ways such as a line in the local newspaper. And we were spoiled for choice ... some really good candidates. I let people know a week ago on Friday, we held a short social introduction last Monday evening ("Pizza for all") as it's important for everyone to know they're a member of the team and to know each other even if they're on different shifts and rarely meet ... and everyone has started "learning in" over the last week. We have a very impressive "crew" to see us through the coming months, and beyond.

Well House Manor, and at breakfast and checkout. There are a couple of folks who are much more behind the scenes - putting in just an occasional appearance in person - or involved very much more on the
training course side of the business.
We want YOUR course or stay to be an enjoyable one. And we want every one of our team to enjoy what they do. So we've selected people based on desire and motivation, and we're going to lengths to ensure that everyone is well trained; that's a September target, and come October each and any one of the people you'll find on duty at Well House Manor, or answering the phones or email, will be able to help you knowledgeably and efficiently; where "niche" backup is needed - such as discussing which course suits
you best - they'll ensure you get a good answer within a stated timescale.
I'm very excited at the prospect of where we're headed over the coming months. We already have a busy October schedule! Welcome to our new team members - one and all!
