Run an SQL query, return a .csv file

This page runs a MySQL query and returns the result as a .csv file which you can save through your browser.

Note - for the purpose of this demonstration we have hardwired a simple query against our database and THAT is what the example runs, no matter what you type into the box (just don't leave it blank).
