A Garrison town on the edge of Salisburyplain, Warminster is a bit of a dowdy chick, but it's got a heart of gold as have many of the Wiltshire towns - and jewels such as Longleat are just a mile or two out of town.

Warminster has been host to an annual Vintage bus day but rising insurance costs, and an aging team of enthusiasts, now mean that the future of the event is in question.
