Between Halifax and Leeds is the West Yorkshire town of Bradford - not to be confused with Bradford on Avon that's about 6 miles from our place in Melksham.

Although Bradford itself is an old industrial town, it's surrounded by a great deal of lovely country such as the Worth Valley, where the Bronte family lived at the parsonage in Hawork and Emily Bronte wrote "Wuthering Heights".
