We have noticed a move by other training companies in the past few months to asking for 50% (or even full) payment with order, and we ask "what are they afraid of". Are they afraid that their customers might withhold payment because of the poor quality of their product? Are they in financial trouble (and if so, are you sure they'll be able to run that course?)?

When you book a course with us, we ask that you confirm your booking with an official order, or guarantee the booking with a credit card. We won't ask for any payment until you actually attend the course; perhaps we're old-fashioned, but we don't believe that you should pay for goods weeks or months ahead.

When the course date comes:
 * The course WILL run and WON'T be overcrowded
 * The course will be of the highest quality
 * You'll feel you get excellent value
