Spring Festival - on Stage

On the Saturday of May Day Bank Holiday, Melksham 1st organise the Spring Festival beside the river. The stage may look small, but the quality of the performers is exceptionally good. This young lady was belting out Celine Dion and Julie Andrews songs like the real Celine Dion and Julie Andrews - we have some truely amazing up and coming people in Melksham.


Go Karts for the kids

On the palying fields, the go karts are set up for the more advertunrous youngsters .... while there are horsback rides for the more conventional.


Horse rides beside the river


Stalls of all shapes and sizes

And stalls offering all manner of village fare with Tombola, fairground fun, and good old fashione knicknack sales, cakes and jams in the very best possible WI taste.
