The old Court House in Devizes

On the road from Devizes to Melksham stands this magnificent old building, which I understand is the old court house. It's boarded up and looks to be in a sad state; it's my understanding that it's a listed building and that it would be very expensive to restore and run - so much so that the listed building laws which are supposed to protect it may be prolonging its decay.
