For all courses, our projection system can also be adjusted to provide an optimum display for all members of the course, and we can provide a larger keyboard and screen and a selection of input devices as appropriate for our computers (please let us know ahead of time if we're coming on site). All trainee workstations are networked throughout our courses and you are very welcome to connect in and use our resources if you have your own specialised system or if you simply prefer to use your own computer rather than the one we provide.

Our public courses are run at our Melksham training centre, which has ramped access to the training room, but not unfortunatly a disabled loo. Please let us know at the time that you book if you have any specific requirements, and we'll make appropriate arrangements.

If you're coming by public transport, please let us know ahead of time. We offer a free collection and return service for all customers from and to the local railway station and airports.

Many customers have special dietary requirements - be it by choice or for medical reasons. If you let us know the day before your public course starts or earlier, we can ensure that the lunch we provide is appropriate (there may be exceptions in extreme cases, but we haven't found one yet!).
