Background Cascading Style sheets allow you to keep the look and feel of your web pages in one file, while leaving the content to a .html page, or perhaps to a PHP page or a content management system. And you can change the look and feel of you web site just by changing you style sheet file.
But what if you want your users to be able to change the style through which they see your site on the fly? You can use PHP to generate your style!
