During a break in class

Customers have to stay in touch with their day to day work while they're on a course. We do encourage people to tell their workmates ahead of time that they'll be away, and to turn off their mobile phones during class - there's nothing worse than constant phone calls if you're trying to learn Java or Perl. But we liked this picture - taken from our training centre lounge, you can see a trainee using his left hand to make business calls and his right hand to stroke Charlier the cat. Our garden is very quiet and in summer it's very pleasant to call from there. At any time of year, our customers are very welcome to phone from our library or our lounge ... or after class from the training room.
