When we come to your offices to run a private course, all we require you to provide is "a room and the students" and we do the rest - we bring one laptop per trainee, our own projector, network, training notes, etc. This means that a room such as a meeting room or conference room can be used, and that's something that's available (even if sometimes hard to book) in most workplaces. If you provide lunch - well - that great (and our tutor will be very happy to join you), but it's not a stiplulation. Occasionally, we train customers who have access to quite magnificent eating facilities, as in this picture. I almost expected to see Harry Potter and all the other Hogwarts characters appear!
