Our tutor"s and projector systems at an onsite course

"What if one of the computers fails when you're on site". I would love to say we never suffer from hardware failures, but it has happened occasionally over the years. Firstly, we always have a spare trainee workstation with us - if you book a MySQL course for 5, we'll bring along 6 trainee workstations with MySQL binaries ready for installation during the training. Secondly, our tutor always has two systems - one that's primarily intended for demonstrations via the projector, and the other which he uses to make notes of things he's going to come back to, or to log in via the network to student systems. Each of these two systems provides a backup for the other, and in a worst case scenario either can be passed to a trainee for student use during practicals.
