When we bought 404, The Spa, in 1999, it was a gutted wreck. Our first priority was to restore it internally and to fit out the main floor of the building as our training centre ... then when that was completed, we moved on to the gardens. This is a Spring, 2004 view of the back garden which is freely open to trainees before and after class and during breaks. On hot summer's days, we can lunch in the garden too.
