When I'm training on a customer's site, I often stay away from home - with niche subjects like ours (Tcl, Python, Perl, PHP), commuting is rarely practical. In any case I prefer to be fresh so that I can give my "all" to training even if you're within a short distance of us. In the evening, I'll often have a look at some of the local sites and scenes ... in the Falkirk area, the Falkirk Wheel that reconnected the Union Canal to the Forth and Clyde canal was a "must see".
