When we wrote the first (12 page) issue of "Of Course", we wondered if we were going to have trouble filling the pages with news of Open Source programming languages and of our training courses on them. It turned out that there's plenty of Open Source news (and we try to have the majority of the newsletter dedicated to technical articles and news) and we usually have to leave good articles out. Editorial in the second issue, cover pictured here, included an article of the Net::FTP modules which Perl programmers use to transfer files in just a few lines of code. We also included an overview of the Tcl language which was our newest language / course at the time.
