Setting off for a course

We'll come to you to train - we provide all the equioment needed, including a laptop for each trainee to use for the duration of the course. Laptops pack 4 per box, so we can just put what we need in the back of the car and arrive an hour before the course is due to start. This picture shows the car loaded with six boxes - that was for an onsite course for 10 persons. That's three boxes each with 4 laptops (preloaded with Perl, Java, Python, Tcl/Tk etc) for trainee's use, and two spares. Two boxes of books on the subject(s) to be taught - in this example, it's boxes of Tomcat, Java and Ant books - and one box containing projector, training notes, mousemats, pens, network gear, etc. Just add the tutor's shoulder bag (with his laptops) and you have a complete course. We do charge travel and overnight expenses for on site courses, but we travel in our own time so that we can start your course fresh on the first day even if you're quite a distance from our office. This page links to an example quotation for an onsite course in Manchester; the price is the same whichever of our subjects you choose - Tcl, Perl, Python ...
