It doesn't often snow in Melksham, so we've added this picture to our slide show to remind us of the time it happened in early 2004. This is our training centre - the first floor includes our training room, customer lounge, library and other public facilities and our offices are on the ground floor. The proprietor lives "above the shop" - the second and third floors are given over to private facilities.
