We provide lunches on all courses run at our Melksham training centre - whether they're private or public courses. On the first day of a longer course, lunch is often taken at a local restaurant, and then we usually eat at the training centre for the rest of the week - after all, you come to learn and not for a long lunch, don't you? Lunch at the centre may be baguettes or sandwiches, a buffet, fish and chips or chicken and chips. We'll put a list of all the possibilities on the board on the first day, and allow the trainees to choose between them. This picture is of a typical buffet lunch ....
