There are some subjects that everyone who uses Perl needs to know about ... others which are not relevant to everyone ... and some which are only of interest to a few people. How do we handle these diverse needs on our training courses? For private courses, we speak with the course organiser well ahead of time and tailor the material and training we provide to reflect the content and level that the client needs. But what if you just have one or two people wanting to learn Perl, including some very specialist topics? Our most frequent public Perl course covers all the fundamentals and the topics needed by the majority of newcomers to Perl. Other Perl courses cover the use of Perl in larger projects, and the use of Perl on the web. If there are still topics you need to learn that aren't included in these courses, we can arrange a "Perl Extra" day for you that provides you with one on one tuition on subjects that are otherwise available only on private courses. These days are only available for customers who have already attended regular Perl courses to cover all of the more standard topics that they need to learn.
