Private courses can be held on site at your office (or at other venues) - all you do is provide the room and trainees; we provide the tutor, training systems, manuals, projectors, etc. Up to 15 trainees per course. Further details of Private Courses are available elsewhere on this site.

We usually tailor private courses to meet your exact requirements, but it's likely that such courses would be based on the following standard formulae:

Tcl Basics shows you the fundamentals of the Tcl programming language. This course also covers Expect, and intermediate subjects such as libraries, namespaces and regular expressions.

Tcl/Tk adds Tk to your knowledge of Tcl, as taught on the Tcl Basics course. We cover the widgets, geometry managers and event handlers of the Tk GUI so that you can write and maintain graphic applications.

Regular Expressions is a day dedicated to pattern recognition and matching - if you are going to be heavily dependent on recognising sequences of characters - from an email address to a credit card number to a DNA sequence, then you should consider attending this day.

We also have a number of modules on general subjects, modules on MySQL and modules on Internet / web that are often included on custom courses.

At Well House Consultants, we're also experienced in Solaris, Mac OS X, Motif, FrameMaker, HTML, XML and other technologies. Although we don't have current training material on these, please do ask us if you have training requirements which include elements on these subjects.
