All of our staff are very active online and we encourage this - we're a high technology company and we all enjoy using this technology for our work and also for our recreation. So you'll find information submitted / posted by all of us here on this site, and also on other sites, and you'll find technical work that we've done that's nothing to do with Well House Consultants as well. This page explains Well House Consultant's policy to publications and other public works by our staff, and to posts by people who are not staff members on our web sites.
Information posted on sites on which Well House Consultants do not have editorial rights
Our staff are welcome to participate in any "legal, decent and honest" online activities elsewhere; if there is any risk that views expressed or work done by them as private individuals may be taken as being the view of or work done by Well House Consultants when that's not the case, we ask them to clarify that they're expressing a purely private view.
As part of the work on our web presence and behalf, all staff will from time to time make submissions to web sites where we don't hold final editiorial say; such submissions are regarded as part of their work and carry our approval and authority.
In the unlikely event of an employee posting (or otherwise disceminating) seriously negative, copyright or otherwise confidential information about us elsewhere, that might be regarded as contravening the "legal decent and honest" criteria of the first paragraph above - we don't consider that it's "decent" to slag your employer off in public.

Information posted by Well House Consultants' staff and directors on Well House Consultants' sites usually reflects the views of Well House Consultants. Such information is E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted), meaning that we do our very best to ensure that everything is complete and accurate, but that occasionally mistakes may slip in or pieces of information may get left out, and we cannot be held responsible for such errors or the consequences thereof. This is a legal protection that you'll probably find applied to most web sites.
Posts by employees in "The Horse's Mouth", "Open Talk", the Well House Manor blog and forthcoming book review area may express the views of the individual who's posting rather than the company as a whole; there are personal diary and forum areas. Any view that is clearly contrary to the company view that's posted in these areas will be noted as such by the poster.
Posts by anyone who is not a member of the Well House Consultants team in any area of the site where we accept such posts will not necessarily reflect our views, and such posts do not need to state this individually. We reserve the right to edit and / or delete posts that contravene the rules of the particular area or law in any way, and our decision as to what contravenes the rules is final. We attempt to minimise such interventions, and we usually give reasons (in public if possible) but are not obliged to do so.
