Well House Consultants welcomes booking for private and public training courses based on standard terms and conditions and at standard rates. We find that the majority of our customers prefer our straightforward pricing policy to a complex system that starts with a higher base price, but then offers a wide variety of discount options.

We know that our "level playing field" system is less attractive to third parties than the alternative system, and we accept that we loose some bookings from such organisations because of it. Occasionally, a third party feels that our policy does not apply to them, and negotiates with their client on the basis of an anticipated discount from us. This can waste a great deal of time, and result in embarrassment to the third party and inconvenience to the potential customer.

In order to avoid these occasional problems, if you're a third party we'll ask you to complete the form above to confirm that you're aware of our terms and conditions, and that you accept that they apply to all bookings including any that you might make with us.
