For 2023 (and 2024 ...) - we are now fully retired from IT training.
We have made many, many friends over 25 years of teaching about Python, Tcl, Perl, PHP, Lua, Java, C and C++ - and MySQL, Linux and Solaris/SunOS too. Our training notes are now very much out of date, but due to upward compatability most of our examples remain operational and even relevant ad you are welcome to make us if them "as seen" and at your own risk.

Lisa and I (Graham) now live in what was our training centre in Melksham - happy to meet with former delegates here - but do check ahead before coming round. We are far from inactive - rather, enjoying the times that we are retired but still healthy enough in mind and body to be active!

Our National Autograss Champion, from Melksham

Congratulation to Sarah, one of our key team members, in regaining the National Autograss Racing Championship (for class 2 vehicles) at Hereford last weekend. Pictured here holding a rather large cup, a certificate, and goodness knows what else.

Sarah's been dedicated to the sport for a number of years - she was previously a junior champion - and was competing against a field of around 30 others ... and getting into that group is in itself something that requires skill and determination at events all around the UK. We've got a truely remarkable team at Well House Manor; we're very proud of all of them. Only very occasionally do I 'blog' some big news like this - and always after checking for permission. We very rarely know the person behind the desk who checks us in to a hotel, or the person sitting beside us on the train ...
