We're updating our telephone systems - and modern telephony gives us facilities like call forwarding that we can control from any location, and allows calls to be diverted to another phone if the line(s) is/are all busy - and this is allowing us to move to a much easier system; we ourselves hate the multiple number to call, hierarchies of menus and long queues that you'll find all too often when you call a company, so we're doing our best to KISS - "Keep it Simple ...".

Why no mobile numbers? I don't give out my mobile number ... I spend most of my working days giving training courses, and phones need to be very firmly switched off during a course. And at those times, you can reach Lisa or Chris or Sarah on the main number; they're likely to know most of the answers and you won't have to wait until I've finished my course for the day. But you are welcome to email - my personal mailbox is graham@wellho.net, or write to info@wellho.net and one of us will get back with you without you having to be too concerned as to who to get in touch with (and if he / she might be away ....).
