Where can I learn about Servlets?

Personally, I prefer old fashioned books to learn about some of the heavier topics, rather than online sources - you might like to look at "Developing Java Servlets" by James Goodwillhttp://www.wellho.net/book/0-672-32107-6.html
and at "Java Servlet Programming" by William Crawford and Jason Hunter

which are both books explicitly about Servlets.
There are many other books which include both Servlet and JSP in the same volume, or include servlets with many other Java topics - you might like to browse the book listing (60 Java books with content lists, etc) at http://www.wellho.net/resources/javabooks.html.
