John SkeltonJohn Skelton is a senior lecturer in the Department of Information Systems at De Montfort University, UK, where he teaches analysis and design and database development.
Ken LunnKen Lunn is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at Huddersfield University and has a PhD in distributed computing. He has worked in industrial research and development, developing, managing and consulting on advanced IT applications for over 20 years for major national and international companies.
Simon BennettSimon Bennett is an information systems consultant with Ericsson Intracom Ltd., UK, where he specializes in knowledge management for engineering and Intranet development.
